RITUAL: "A ritual is a repeated, structured sequence of actions or behaviors. Stripped of its religious, spiritual, or cultural connotations, a ritual is simply a daily routine. These terms are often used interchangeably because they have a lot in common."

When you join a Ritual Women's program, you're signing up for an adventure that encompasses each of RW's services and all of Neona's Certifications. RW sessions include one on one yoga, meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda education, herbal education, holistic nutrition, wellness coaching, zen space cleansing, flower essences and crystal tips, the art of ritual, sound healing, oracle cards, energy medicine, intuitive medicine, women's wellness and support.

"In the times I've seen Neona, it was to address a deep pain that I felt was stuck in my bones. Each time I've floated away feeling like those issues no longer had a control over my life nor were present in my body. Neona is kind, gentle and has an incredible ability to make you feel cared for. I always feel stronger leaving our sessions and look forward to future appointments."-Ashley, Cancer

MEET NEONA

Hi Wildflowers, welcome to RW!

I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I also hold Certificates in Energy Medicine, Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Herbology, and Women's Wellness. My healing adventure began with some bummer news. I was diagnosed with PTSD at 19, Lymphoma and Lupus at 21, High Tone Pelvic Floor Dysfunction at 30, and Endometriosis at 32. After struggling with symptoms that were greatly impacting my life, I turned to alternative medicine. Everything I've studied, I've used on myself for the past 18 years, and with clients for over a decade. As your Remote Wellness Coach, I will provide guidance and support to help you improve your overall well-being through nutrition, holistic modalities, and lifestyle changes—all delivered from the comfort of your home.

"Rituals are important because they empower us - individually or collectively. They help us work through difficult problems. They help us create habits. They help us to learn, to grow, to connect."

03 what the Wildflowers have to say:

"My sessions with Neona have been great start to finish. She has a warm and welcoming vibe, and does an awesome job of tapping into the energy around you. I always leave feeling uplifted, ready to take on the day, and better about whatever is going on in my life. I would absolutely recommend to check her out if you feel called."-Katy, Virgo.

"I've had energy readings with Neona and she is so amazing! I have never had a reading that went so in-depth about my past lives. I felt such a sense of relief after my reading. She helped me become more self aware of my Chakras and where I need to pay more attention so that I can heal my throat Chakra. She gives great tips on how to fully embrace living your best life with energy work. I'm so grateful and can't wait for more readings!"-Dana, Aquarius
